How do I contact customer care?
If you have any questions which are not answered on our website, please contact us at Customer Care either by email at email@example.com or by telephone on telephone: +31 624440228 during our office hours (09.00 – 17.00) from Monday to Friday (excluding Dutch bank holidays).
Can I order by telephone?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible.
How do I find a specific item?
If you know exactly what you are looking for, click on the ‘shop’ button on the homepage, where you will see all products. On this page you be given option to use ‘Search’ or ‘Filter’ function to look for a certain product type.
What happens if I cannot remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one to be sent to you. Simply go to ‘My Account’ page and click on “Forgot your password?”
How do I know if an item is in stock?
After selecting the color, size and the quantity, proceed to add to shopping bag. At this point you will be notified if the product is out of stock. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn’t reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.
What if an item is out of stock?
You will not be able to select an item, which is out od stock and place it in your shopping bag.
What payment methods do Ishie Studios accept?
We accept iDeal payment and also payments by Visa and Master Card.
What is a Card Security Code (CSC)?
The CSC on your credit/debit card is a security measure banks require for all transactions where cardholder is not present. Since the security code is listed on your card and not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct number is to physically have possession of the card itself. Most credit/debit cards display the three digit code on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip. If you cannot find your CSC please contact your card provider.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received (email subject: Order Receipt). This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after the item(s) have been located, delivery address has been verified and your credit card details have been approved will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order has been dispatched to the carrier (email subject: Ishie Studios Order is Complete with attached invoice). Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed about out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
Am I able to track my order?
When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Tracking tool can also be found at all Ishie Studios orders, which have been dispatched to the carrier. Logging into your Ishie Studios Online Account is required in order to see and use this tracking button.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, at the moment we ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and the UK.
How do I unsubscribe from the Ishie Studios newsletter?
If you have registered to receive email Newsletters from us, and you no longer wish to receive these, you can remove your email address from our list at any time. All email newsletters sent to you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link at the bottom and you can opt-out by simply following the instructions. Alternatively you can contact Customer Care on email firstname.lastname@example.org
