To shop at the Ishie Studios online you need to be 18 years old or over and possess a valid credit or debit card that we accept. The language of our online store is English and we will sell our collection in Euro (€). The prices displayed on Ishie Studios online store include the statutory Value Added Tax but they do not include a delivery charge. The delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout stage and will be based on the selected ship to country and the weight & your parcel sizes.
Our parcels are shipped by PostNL. Currently, Ishie Studios delivers to the EU countries listed below. A shipment cost depends on parcel weight and destination, and is shown at the checkout stage. In the shipment cost is also included PostNL insurance in a case parcel gets lost or damaged and sign for delivery with fully trackable service. Table below presents estimated dispatch and delivery times, together with PostNL shipment costs.

As soon as your order is dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an email with the track and trace data. The expected delivery time is mentioned in ‘working days’, which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.
The buyer bears the costs of returning his/her order. The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. For a return within the trial period, no prior contact with Ishie Studios is needed. Ishie Studios strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

Please note that in case of a damaged product or incomplete shipment, a different return policy applies. The buyer should not ship back a damaged product or an incomplete shipment without prior contact with the customer care team (who provide further return instructions).
In case of a product that is damaged upon receipt, the Ishie Studios customer care team must be contacted by the buyer by email – firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for an online store credit and purchase the new item separately. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Ishie Studios and designer garment tags still attached.
Unless stated otherwise, the buyer has the right to revoke the agreement and to return her/his order during a period of 14 days after receiving the order, without stating a reason (please note the above mentioned exception: in case a product is damaged or incomplete, the buyer has the obligation to inform the Ishie studios customer care team by email and to await further instructions).
In case the buyer wishes to use her/his right to revoke the agreement and to return his/her order, the buyer is only allowed to unpack and/or to use the ordered product as far as is needed to be able to determine whether she/he wants to keep the product. During the trial period the buyer must carefully handle the product and keep the original undamaged packaging. The buyer shall return the ordered product to Ishie Studios together with all the accessories (if any, i.e. Ishie bag) and, insofar possible, in the original state and packaging, in accordance with the return instructions of Ishie Studios (as described on the packing slip). The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of her/his order and bears all the risks for the return shipment. Ishie Studios advises the buyer to return a product by insured shipment and in a sealed packaging. In case an insured return shipment goes missing, gets damaged or in case the reception of a returned shipment is denied (for example in case no signature can be shown by the carrier), the buyer then has the option to hold the carrier liable. The buyer, as the sender of the return shipment, must start the complaint procedure for any issue that may occur with the return shipment. The buyer must keep the (official, digital) receipt of her/his return shipment that contains the tracking information.
The shipment costs for a return shipment within the trial period and the shipment costs for a return shipment are borne by the buyer. In case of a revocation by the buyer within the trial period, the buyer has the possibility (but not the obligation) to use the Revocation Form, the buyer can open the form here.
Ishie Studios will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. Any credit due as a result of a return shipment, will be credited to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.
Ishie Studios offers the following safe payment methods:
– Creditcard (MasterCard, VISA): during the order process the buyer can fill in his/her credit card number and the expiry date of his/her credit card. The buyer has to make sure that the exact name as written on the credit card is filled in. Subsequently the payment authorization process will take place and the buyer will be informed whether or not the payment has been approved.
– iDEAL: for buyers with a Dutch bank account, it is possible to use iDEAL. iDEAL has been developed in a joint effort by Dutch banks. The iDEAL payment system connects to the most common Online Banking systems and is a trustworthy payment system.
We will only take payment from your credit card, when your order has been dispatched. The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries. VAT is included. All prices and product information on the Ishie Studios online shop are subject to change. Please note we only accept cards issued in the countries that Ishie Studios ship to.
For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent – Mollie that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for no longer than 12 months. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser session. We use permanent cookies to store your choice of start page and to store your details if you select “Remember me” when you log in.
